I'm mid silver rank in arena and when I did a free refresh only 2 potential opponents showed up for me. This is on windows 10 using the Plarium app.
This is the first time I have seen this issue and I don't think I did anything different from past times I have refreshed.
I had 2 normal refreshed and then I got another bugged one this time with just 1 opponent. I notive it is the same as the 2nd person in first bug. Perhaps something about the name is throwing the list off?
It is a known bug, usually 2 or 3 very easy appear, if you beat them, you refresh the list again
This may be a "known bug", but it very much seems that there is a signficant change in the past week. For the three weeks before that I never had this happen (nor did a friend who plays), and I've been very active in the arena that whole time. This past week, though, it has been happening to my friend and I several times a day, sometimes even consecutively.
And although they often are winnable, they are not always so, and then you just have to sit and wait or consider paying rubies. And considering that I paid cash for rubies, I hate to feel pressured into using them to overcome a game bug.
