This just happened to me twice.

While fighting this team, after winning, nothing happens, hp bars just hover there, teams disappear, then game closes, and when coming back, it's marked as I got Defeated, even tho I won. And it made me lose the keys as well.

I'm not sure if it's a glitch with the character I was fighting against, the account or something else.
