This has happened several times now over past few weeks. Just now I was upgrading boots on Galek and they were at level 14. Then it said success and went up to 15. After many more attempts I had a successful upgrade but the level remained at 15 or dropped back from 16 to 15, weird. I kept trying to get back to level 16 and waisted so much coin and was unsuccessful getting it upgraded. I'm not a complainer but it has happened too many times now. I have spent many hundreds of dollars playing this awesome game and I'm unhappy that i feel cheated, especially after all the real money I've spent playing Raid. I just spent $70 on a package today. Has happen a minimum of 10 times upgrading artifacts on other champions over last few weeks and these glitches have cost me in so many ways. I would like to continue playing if you can help fix and assist in resolving this matter. Thank you.
