Madame Serris' a2 not working properly

The text for Madame Serris' a2 states that if she stole a buff from an enemy, she will place Block Debuff buff on all allies for 2 turns. It had been working fine until the recent patch when i found out that she did steal buffs, did place true fear on enemy but didn't place any block debuff on allies. I dunno if i'm missing something or not but that should either be a bug or someone forgot to update the text for her skill.

I do have the same issue! And it still persists 1 Week after the Patch-Release.

Please fix this asap! Arena is a real pain at the moment!!

I'm having the same issue.

However, if survives the cooldown turns, it seems to work the second try.

For example,

In Arena, my first time using her A2, she'll steal buffs successfully, place the Fear successfully, but will not place Block Debuffs on my team. But if she somehow survives the cooldown time & I'm able to use her A2 again, it'll work succesfully.

Not 100% sure if its guaranteed, I've just happened to notice it from time to time.

PLARIUM PLEASE FIX THIS
