I have a bloodgorged and I was facing a brakus the shifter in arena. I used bloodgorgeds a3 which is a block revive if it kills the enemy. Brakus revives anyways and then I also cannot target him like he has shroud on him. Second time my block revive has not worked recently.

Edit: Apparently block revive can be resisted. But still cannot target them after they revive. 

Hi, I can confirm this happens, unfortunately I don't have a video proof, but for me this happens when using Fenax's default attack which block revives. I saw it happen on more than one occasion (Brakus, Torturehelm). I attack the target, place block revives debuff (not resisted), the target revives nonetheless and is untargetable afterwards (at least auto-combat can still attack the target). Looks like it's an issue with passive auto-revive.
