Raid Multi-Battle Monthly Pass - Wrong Total Number of Multi-Battles Issue
Good Morning Support Team,
For some reason I'm having issues with my RAID CARD subscription, and the Multi-Battles feature. It appears as though when I stay 'Logged-In' and Running a Multi-Battle during the Daily Reset that the Full number of Multi-Battles (100) does not populate for the following day. This has happened several times, a total of 3 days (out of 5) since my subscription renewed this past week. I was able to semi-resolve the issue myself, by validating my Silver Subscription and then Shutting Down the RAID: Shadow Legends Application on my iPad Pro prior to the Daily Reset, and then Opening RAID and logging back in after the Daily Reset.
However, Last Night the issue arose again which has never happened once the Monthly Subscription has been renewed and I've Logged-Out and Back-In after Daily Reset. To Explain, I started a Multi-Battle yesterday evening (Prior to Reset) to use the last few Multi-Battles I had for the day. I had approx 20 out of 100 Multi-Battles remaining and successfully started the Multi-Battle. However, when I opened up my iPad Pro this morning, RAID: Shadow Legends had an 'Error' on the screen saying that the Multi-Battle wasn't completed, and had only finished 10 out of the approx 20.
Furthermore and the Primary Issue, I only show a total of 20 Multi-Battles remaining for the day. This should be a total of at least 90 Multi-Battles Remaining, since I executed approx. 10 (assuming it counted those 10 after Daily Reset), which would leave me 20 of the Normal/Free 30 Multi-Battles. Hopefully, you're able to follow the logic, as I've tried to be as detailed as possible.
Any help you can provide would be Greatly Appreciated, as I seem to be losing more and more of my Multi-Battle Subscription Benefits, and it's very Frustrating for someone who has invested a significant amount of time and Money into this game. I appreciate the help and support, and look forward to hearing from you.
