Issue Description: When playing in manual mode using Excruciator, if you use the ability Neck Snapper to attack an enemy, you are unable to target that enemy again with all champions.  The target becomes unselectable.  You can switch to Auto mode and the AI can target said enemy, but switching back does not resolve the problem.  I can duplicate the issue 100% of the time.
