this was reported weeks ago and I notice they still have not fixed it.
Even at 9 debuffs on target she keeps using only her primary attack.
Needless to say, she cannot be used on auto for any effect and you have to sit and guide her manually through actually using her 2 other abilities.

Just went through and leveled fb up to max, used her with great results, and now her a3 is not proc'ing poison sensitivity on cb every time. NOT being resisted, just not even happening. I just spent a lot of time and effort on her. Please fix

I’m having the same issue, some fights her a3 never proc’s, others it’s fine. Not an issue of too many debuffs, just never goes off. Drops her CB damage by millions.
