I'm having this same issue. Even though a chestplate with ATK as the primary stat from Stage 5 of the Sewers of Arnoc has dropped twice, the campaign mission isn't registering them.

I setup Wyvernbane -
1. Weapon - Divine Critical rate
attack 69
attack(1) ^%+1%
crit damage 4%
2. Is there an artifact for helmet that starts with Attack?
3. Same with shield , only option is defense
4. Gauntlet,chestplate and boots have % attack.
I still can't get pass this level

I'm having this exact same issue!!! I've even gone through with just one champion chosen at a time, using each one that I have to make sure that it wasn't me doing something wrong. I've had several chest plates drop, but it won't register.
