At the end of the arena's ranking period, I was supposed to receive an ancient shard. But it was not in the portal.
Yet among the other rewards, I know that I received the gear and the skilled book.

I am not sure as all rewards are packaged together. They will not lose an item.

When it happens I play on BlueStacks.
