Full disclosure, not a bug but wasn't sure where to post.

The recent champion chase tournament for Rhaia the mourned I ended up losing first place within the final minutes by roughly 1k points. Not coming from a place of anger or resentment, maybe partially some buyer's regret, as tone is often lost in text. It was the first time I've spent a significant amount in just a few days in an attempt to get the final champion from the web of corruption event that I needed, only to have very little to show for it. I will 100% never make it on the global leader boards by any means unless I hit the lottery but I, much like many others, earned over four times the required amount for the champion chase and it's very disheartening/discouraging to put so much effort into an event when personal rewards stop at 10k points and first place is sniped within the final minutes and our wallet is tapped out and resources depleted. 

I feel as though a lot of players would appreciate if champion prizes were opened up to the top 5 players in their bracket instead of just first place or at the very least, a multiplier for their held position's rewards aside from the champion reward for each time they lap a 5k points threshold after reaching 10k points.

The vast majority of players tend to not have any hope of during "winner takes all" style tournaments, so they won't even participate or they become discouraged and give up midway through. If the headliner prize wasn't just exclusive to first place, it would encourage more to compete for those positions even if 1 or 2 "whale/krakens" are in their bracket. 

As it stands, every player who goes beyond the 10k points threshold and doesn't achieve first place, everything that went into it feels wasted. As things are currently from a personal perspective, I probably won't be spending on a winner takes all tournament in the future even though I was really hoping to earn Rhaia and the mini bundle with the mythic relic, as she was the last piece of the puzzle for me.
