I purchased the revival path after leveling it up to 30. After purchase, I claimed all of the items from the premium side at once. I went to level up a relentless piece and it changed to a Divine Speed gear piece that I recieved as a copy. After this. I went to level the "original" Divine Speed gear piece and it changed to a Sylvan Watchers accessory.

1) Level up revival path to accumulate multiple rewards.

2) Claim all rewards at once

3) Level up one of the new gear pieces.

4) Observe that the item has changed to a completely different item.
