Inbox items silently overwritten by Dungeon drops when both Inventory and Inbox are full

Hi everyone,

I want to share a serious issue I ran into and check whether other players have experienced the same — and whether anyone has had luck recovering items from Support in this situation.

What happened

My Inbox had about 350 of 400 slots used with rewards I had been deliberately storing for upcoming limited-time events and tournaments: several 5★ Champions from Battle Pass rewards along with their Soul Stones, Energy refills (some from paid bundles), Gems, Arena Tokens, and Tag Team Arena Tokens.

Yesterday evening a limited-time Dungeon event started. I wanted to finish my Dragon Dungeon farming before switching Energy to the event, so I left the game on Multi-Battle overnight.

When I logged in this morning, my Inbox had been completely replaced by newly dropped Dungeon Artifacts. Every single stored item was gone — no notification, no warning, no overflow protection.

The behavior I observed

When the Artifact Inventory is full, Dungeon drops are sent to the Inbox. When the Inbox is also full, the new drops still go in and apparently silently overwrite the oldest items, regardless of whether those items came from paid purchases. There appears to be no warning to the player, no option to refuse delivery, and no protection for paid content.

Questions for the community

  1. Has anyone else experienced this exact loss pattern?
  2. Is this documented anywhere as intended behavior, or is it a bug?
  3. For those who reported similar incidents to Support — did Plarium restore the lost items? How long did it take?
  4. Is there a known workaround besides keeping Inbox well under capacity at all times?

I have already submitted a Support ticket with my account details. Hoping to gather community input while it's being reviewed.

Platform: Plarium Play (PC) / Game version: 11.60.0

Thanks in advance for any insight.
