Cvc Matchmaking

I believe theres a problem on recent CvC matchmaking. Theres no way we match against level 21 clan and theres nothing to justify that matchmaking is fair. It cannot be that onesided after all there are almost 30 players each clan to wait personal CvC's.

clan level has nothing to do with CvC matchmaking, not a bug.
