Improve the ranking bug

I'm on PC windows 11

When i improve the ranking 4 for weekly quest the quest didnt validate

When i improve the ranking 5 for monthly quest and mission quest the 2 quest didnt validate

Did this end up fixing itself on its own? i'm inclined to think it was a visual bug because it's never been a known issue before.
