I do lie arena eery day and since the november reset on the legendary skill tome, l cant get the legendary skill tome l was wandering about maybe its a bug in the system or something like that

No bug, just a very rare drop it seems.

I can confirm. On my main account, I will spend 10 gems if I can't get my 5 wins in a day and I have had a few months were after 30-31 days I don't get a legend book.

Although as a side note, I have received the book on day 1 or 2 of a month too. Stupid rare book. =P

I legitimately never see the darn thing. I think maybe 2x in the last 10 months or so. 😂
