After increasing a relic ability from level 1 to level 2, the relics ability is not actually increasing at all.

Step 1: Go to Relic Upgrade

Step 2: Fully Upgade relic to increase ability level (from 1 to 2, or 2 to 3)

Step 3: Check the Relic ability description

Description: 

Several Relics have been upgraded to their max, increasing their ability level to 2 or 3, and the ability powers are not increasing.

For example in the screenshot, Journal of necrotos, Ability level 1 states;

"Wearers heals and Turn Meter increase effects applied to allies are boosted by 15%."

Ability Level 2 states:

"Wearers heals and Turn Meter increase effects applied to allies are boosted by 15%."  (No increase in ability power)
