Not receiving top chest rewards in CB

Hi,

I have noticed that over the last few days on my account I have received the Celestial chest rewards from CB instead of the Transcandental ones despite 3 keying the CB for well over the damage threshold...

I will screenshot todays effort as well as tomorrows rewards if it happens again...

Any chance the rewards can be retroactively added to my account?

For rewards adjustments you'd want looking into, you would need to contact support.

Feel free to drop back in with screenshots because likely there is a misunderstanding of sorts.
