Purchased a blue shard, for 200,000 opened it, 20,000. Then it just disappeared!

Haven’t received my Ultimate Galek-Epic Champion from Amazon Prime. Signed in like I was told to do so and clicked “Collect” but it didn’t add him to my collection. How do I resolve this?

Received the Ultimate Galek from Prime , and the holiday gift (tome, etc). Galek was in my inventory, holiday items were in my inbox. After the server maintenance this afternoon, all are gone. A little help, please?
