I never received anything in my inbox, despite receiving the notification. After contacting customer support, I was told that it was only for players that logged in on the 28th (I couldn't because the client kept crashing, so I gave up until that night). The notification says nothing about having to have logged in within a certain time frame, just that you have 7 days to claim them. I would like a straight answer on this. If it is only for players that logged on in the time frame, why was it left out of the notification? A quick look at the forums shows that I'm not the only one to have this issue.
