Check your device settings. I’ve had that issue in other games and found out it was a security setting or something along those lines. Hope that helps. I play on an iPad and iPhone so check both devices if you play on both.

Same issue here it is not your settings. It is a Plarium big. I’ve tried everything to resolve my self and can’t. Super annoying please patch this!

it did just show up after the latest big content update - never had this problem before
BTW - Huge Fan of the game
