Have you beaten the prior stages on Normal? 

Yes, several times. A lot of challenges go through the first two campaigns, Kaerock Castle and Sewers of Arnoc. I was getting mighty sick of the sewers.

I'm at level 25, if that makes a difference.

Could you please show me your campaign on Normal, where you're able to pick the different stages (1 through 12)

As well, could you do the same on Hard? 

A video of everything would also suffice if possible.

Look up on Google for your given device how to take screenshots (or videos if possible) with Raid open to document what's going wrong. I can't really send anything into support (if something is wrong) unless it's documented. 

Everybody recommends Xbox Game Bar. I couldn't get it to work inside Raid. Discovered Win 11 had something called Snipping Tool. Got it to record a video, but no sound.

There's the issue - you need to beat Normal campaign to unlock Hard campaign.

I've already completed normal campaigns all the way through campaign 9. That can not be the issue.

edit: Sorry, Campaign 8 is where I discovered missions, quests, and challenges. I haven't attempted any Campaigns past 8, but I did finish 8.

You have to beat it in full (but not necessarily 3 stars), all the way through 12-7 to unlock the next difficulty. It is absolutely the issue. :)

Nowhere in any mission, quest, challenge, or anywhere else has it even been suggested that one would need to even attempt any stage past the second campaign, Sewers of Arnoc. I have completed all stages through 8.7.

Let me reframe this. 

The mission needs you to do it on Hard difficulty or higher, which can only be unlocked by first beating each stage on Normal. Just because you say, beat 1-3 or 2-3 on Normal does not mean that the equivalent stage on Hard is unlocked. 

Ok, I'll see if will even let me by 9. 10, 11, & 12 are currently locked. I don't really believe that is the problem but we'll try it your way. 

I would really like to see where you found your information, because I've been looking.

Because you can't do difficulties or stages until you've beaten the previous ones - which you can see in your video with Normal 10 stages locked.

I am actually not quite sure where the information would be found in game - if at all. It's just one of those intuitive things.

You are correct, sir! Forgive me for ever doubting you. That was not an easy task to complete.

However, there may still be a bug here, but not in 7.2 ... 7.5. The bug is in 7.1. 

Artifact Challenge 7.1 states "Beat the Campaign on Normal". It doesn't state all twelve campaigns, nor even something more concise "Clear the Brimstone Path on Normal".

The bug is it shouldn't allow that challenge to be claimed until Campaign 12, Stage 7 is successfully cleared.

you should contact support direcrly, first time I've seen that potential issue.

Wish I had never seen this challenge. After 6 hrs I finally got all six 4* Life artifacts. Found a good Support champion and equipped with the entire set. I'm thinking I'm good to go.

I go back to claim my victory. 7.2 is good, but 7.3 ... 7.5 are just laughing at me, as well as 7.6 (equip the support champion). I read the fine print, "with HP (%) as the primary stat".

I've been trying off and on for the better part of two days. It just isn't happening. No bug to report. Just venting.
