Just finished the fusion Titus I was very excited. His A1 says he will attack or use a skill when an ally counterattacks. I have tested this 10 times. everytime an ally counterattacks he stands there ... No skill used.... No attack... nothing. Is something wrong with the new fusion?

He doesn't *also* attack. It's just a % chance he'll place a block active skills debuff, which can be resisted if he doesn't have enough accuracy.
It's triggered if an ally uses counterattack, or an ALLY uses an ally attack, or an ALLY has a skill instantly trigger in response to some condition.

to be fair, probably an argument the second half of the skill description could be used to make clear that Titus won't be doing damage too.
