It s hard for me to do a video but I will show you a picture before the skill and after and you see the decrease speed is place but not the weaken (in some case the weaken is place but it s rare). My lysanthir is fully book on his A3 and he has the necessary accuracy. I hope that you can show this to plarium and that they can fix it soon. Thanks
