Out of all the info i can get about it, it should be: The fastest champion goes after more than one champion gets revived by Cardinal. But when i did Arena with Cardinal (130 speed), Trunda (211 speed), Wukong (196 speed) and Madame Serris (249 speed), i would assume when cardinal revives the other three that its the order of: Serris - Trunda - Wukong. But for some reason its Trunda - Serris - Wukong, every time.

My Trunda does not have any mastery or gear that gives her som TM-boost. And i have tried it having Trunda in all positions (as in lead and such) and it makes no difference.
