Greetings everyone. I have had an issue now for over a year playing this game that I thought would have been resolved by now. It is the Arbiter MIssions, part 2, #151.

It says, "Champion Mission. Fuse Justiciar. 0/1".

There is just 1 major problem with this quest... Justiciar isn't available to fuse. I have fused all 3 of the available other characters (Rhazin, Relickeeper, and Broadmaw) and none of them have advanced this quest. At this point, I have been playing this game for nearly 2 years and near the end game stuff but can't advance this mission at all. Is there a fix for this problem?
