iOS 13.1.3When I try to apply for a clan, I get a message telling me that I am at maximum clan applications. I have not successfully applied to a single clan yet.

Its not your application limit, the specified clan reached the application limit .

I have tried to apply to all long list of suggested clans and all give me the message. Is there a possibility of changing the max or a different solution?

Same here. I stopped trying after attempted to apply to TWENTY clans. Every time it says they can no longer accept applications. Hard to experience full extent of the game when you run into a wall like that.
