Time passed but bugs remain for months

Every week, in 3x3 arene, I lose 2 or 3 fights without fighting and even without seeing the opponent. The game freeze on the loading screen, I  have to relaunch the game and the  fight is lost 0-3.

This is very annoying because there is a mission to reach Gold1 in 3x3 arena. This mission is difficult for me and losing 60 to 90 points is very important.
