Unable to load part of the resources. Bug introduced with 1.7 patch.

iPhone 6, 64gb running iOS 12.2


On game load after installing the 1.7 patch there is a resource load. This progresses to around 88% then an error message pops. 


“Unable to load part of the resources. Check your internet connection and try again.”


This message pops up multiple times during the remainder of the resource download. When the download completes the error message stays resident, preventing access to the game. 


The error message allows you to open support but a bug report there this morning has not gotten any response so I don’t know if it is actually working. 


One other item of note: I was forced to do the update while in a campaign battle this morning. A message popped up during the battle giving no close option, just an update button. I did the update at that point. 

Additional  item: Thought of another tidbit that could be applicable. For the first day receiving the “update available” in-game message (all day Monday) there was no update available in the App Store. It wasn’t until I got the forced update pop-up on Tuesday that an actual update was there.

Same issue here, I tried to clear cache and data, reinstalled the game ect no change on my end.

Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. 


Could a Plarium person comment on this? It’s intensely frustrating.

I’d like to start spending because I like it and would like to support it, but it crashes a dozen times a day and now it’s been dead for me going on 2 days from a forced update. No response to support request or bug report in over 24 hours. It generally takes days to get a response to a support request, and I have several that never got a response at all. I can’t spend money to be an unsupported beta tester.

I also cannot play same problem IPad Pro 1st gen. Really annoying and there is no reply to my ticket either.
