I had a  support ticket that I issued last week. Someone responded to me that they were so sorry so much time went by and if I was still having an issue, to let them know. Well, I let them know again I’m still having the same issue regarding not receiving an item in a reward line. When I went to check on the status of the support ticket, it’s gone? What is going on?  If there isn’t an actual support department that can properly address your customers bugs and problems, then I’m going to submit for a refund on all my purchases that I have made through my credit card Company.
