Reward for 135 stars in Campaign not received (Hard mode)

I have reached 135 stars in a campaign on Hard mode and clicked on the reward. A screen appeared saying that I should get 3x Epic Skill Tome. I was overjoyed, but when I got to the Tavern the tomes were not there. Neither are they in the inbox.


It was incredibly disappointing. I restarted my game. Then I closed it, cleared the cache and restarted it again, but nothing.

I did not get reward at 135 stars on the brutal difficulty either...

Just done 135 stars on hard and no reward either :-(

Same experience here.  I completed 135 stars on hard difficulty, message said I received 3 x epic skill tomes.  Tavern is empty, even after a reboot of the game.  C'mon, these things are a b!tch to get.  Plarium help??!!

Same thing just happend to me in Brutal. Reward for 135 stars popped up for 3x Legendary Tomes....yet no tomes.

I've had this happen multiple times, i always thought that it was just me, like in my head. but now others are talking about it.

u know the most expensive things they sell are skilltomes......

I have had same thing happen and i also lost my prize for part 3 on hard. I also opened a support ticket and nothing......

Hi Sezzy, this bug also happened to me this morning, iPhone 6. I’ve submitted a support ticket in-game and appreciate any assistance with correcting the issue. Thanks.

I just had it happen to me today around noon cst. I opened a support ticket with screenshot & more details. Please fix this, I want to play more but until they’ve been given back and the issue fixed, I can’t because I fear the rewards I’m nearing won’t be added to my account again. I can send a screenshot when needed.
