Help with speed tuning for UNM and NM unkillable

I've been playing around with the CB speed calculator and watching a bunch of videos but I just can't find the right speeds for my unkillable clan boss team.

I'm using: Sir Nicholas, Roshcard the Tower, Doompriest, Rhazin, Occult Brawler

Santa and Tower's A2 and A3 are both on 4 turn CD.

I want my team to be speed tuned for both UNM and NM, but UNM is the higher priority if anything. I also want it to work on any affinity, which Doomprist can help with. I don't have top tier gear so I'm not sure if I can get the entire team on a 2:1 ratio, but getting a few of them over 230 speed shouldn't be a problem.

Can someone help with this?
