I'm having issues.
I've submitted a ticket and keep getting auto-replies that have nothing to do with my problem.
Ticket 1572572 if you have anything you can do.
PC version crashing every time trying to load. It logs in, then full crashes out.
I'm frustrated at the support at this point. Paying customers, getting auto replies, and no human eyes on tickets is... very unfriendly...

Can you explain why I sent the request to a player through the link he is now almost lvl 20 and neither of us has gotten a reward. And it shows I haven't used a link when he downloaded the game; e from my link.I bet either you or your friend have settings respecting privacy. Do not accept targeted ads, ad id randomised, privacy guards or anything like that. Plarium fails to link your accounts if they cannot invade both of your devices for private data

There are three main reasons why players may have problems with their referral links:
1. The player that has accepted the invitation link and followed it to install the game has internal anonymizer activated for his/her phone, so we cannot identify the device for connecting it in the system. Also, the issue may be that there are emulators involved (they too, are problematic referral-wise).
2. The game has already been installed on this phone previously.
3. The user is not new (he/she may have logged in on the new device that had not had the game installed on it before, but with the account that had already been registered before).
Regarding the first point, we can suggest resetting advertising IDs or activating them to make sure that you are visible (to put it in simpler words, make sure that the device is not hidden, this can be checked in settings)
