Ruel definitely in the needs a buff camp.  Cadaver I doubt ever gets his cap reverted. 

The Big Un buff looks solid. 

The Rhazin buff did not go far enough.  

Nice thing about Rhazin is he'll be way easier to get for new players. 

Big Un might be interesting in arena now. 

Ironically Rhazin's buff means for the first time since my very first speed tune he's not on my Demon Lord team. I mean, sure, I could swap a single piece of gear to get him back in tune, but it's faster and easier to just switch from the mythhier team i've used for years to 4 turtles + heirress, no tune, no presets.

Or you could spend 5 minutes setting up DL preset for your Titus comp and do 2.14B.

The change to the rares will make Rhazin so much more accessible. That part is great for newbies, and he is unquestionably better than pre-buff.  I was just hoping that when he finally got buffed, he'd be good enough that I might want to use him. 

Mhmm.  Really not much use for anyone past midgame unless he happens to hit like a truck for FW. 

Worth noting it's odd that in addition to base spd and def, they're increasing his base attack, since he's a def champ. Does absolutely nothing for him, except possibly to interect with other champs, either ally or enemies, that have effects based on someone's attack rating

i believe they are decreasing his attack, not increasing it. still a functionally useless change, but at least it makes more sense that way.
