How do you report someone for cheating in game?

The question is simple enough. When someone is caught cheating in LA, how do you report them? Thank you.

Email to support with as much information as possible - preferably with video if you think they're abusing an exploit of some sorts.

Thanks Dthorne for the answer. I do have a few followup questions then.

1.) Support ALWAYS asks for video if possible. However, I have literally asked like 3 different organizations, HOW would you do that? Like, my cellphone as far as I know ONLY has a screen capture which is difficult to see "what" the issue is. Several other players have already shown that people are cheating with being able to use A2, A3 skills repeatedly without a single A1 in the rotation. Where a video would show that but a screen shot wouldn't. Of course, we have been BEGGING for a combat log in game for at least the past 2 years. Screenshoting THAT would be an easy fix of course. Also, if I happen to be playing on my PC at the time, how would you go about recording that too?

2.) Are you suggesting the ingame "support" option under the INFO tab or is there an actual e-mail address to use to submit larger files? Like, can the ingame support option allow for a large video file to be submitted? Or is there a limit to the file size you can submit?

Thanks again for the info.

I would just start by emailing them as much info as you have possible, tell them whatever you have documented and let them ask for anything else. As it pertains to phone documentation I'm not very sure other than screenshots. For desktop there's quite a few options, some built into your computer I believe.

Where documentation helps is that now we're at a point where there's so many ways to avoid skills going on cd/refreshing skills that it helps to see if any of that shows up in a video. But yeah, I'd just contact first and tell them what you know/what you might have in terms of documentation and let them follow up.

Other option with documented bugs (potential or otherwise) is dropping into the bug reports server on the official Discord and dropping info, etc.

there is video cpature capability built into Windows.  Google this "video screen capture windows" and you will get a few options.

My recent experiences with Plarium "Support" would more accurately be called Plarium "No Support & Denial", so don't hold your breath for a productive outcome.
