Rodolbot and gestal clerence

Hello. We need a definitive statement from Plarium regarding Rodolbot and Gestal. As everyone knows, these tools include features that automate Hydra and Chimera. Some players use the paid version of Rodolbot, while a similar, free, and publicly available version has appeared in Gestal. We need a clear answer as to whether using these features is permitted or not, as it is difficult to compete in clash against those who use them. Please provide a firm stance—either allow everyone to use them without the risk of our account being banned, or ban those options completely.

All statements I found is "you use it on your own risk" but people's who use it just ruin clash without consequences and at same time plenty of players don't use because afraid of ban or other consequences. It's like that for months. If Plarum do want to clearly say  yes or no then just update curent battle preset system so all can enjoy and participate clash on same rules.

Updated system would be ideal for sure.

As to the use of tools I doubt we will get more of a definitive statement than what they've already stated.

Isn't "use at your own risk" the same thing, and also the only thing, they've said about rslhelper for the last 6 years?

No third party tool is officially endorsed, nor will they ever be. From the Plarium perspective, it would be ludicrous to officially endorse the usage of those tools as then Plarium would take on responsibility for account problems if/when they arise on user accounts due to the use of those tools.

It is pretty clear that Plarium is not going to ban you for using the HH Optimizer, RSL Helper, Gestal, etc.  They are also not going to guarantee to fix your account if one of those tools goes haywire and screws something up.

The downside for them is potentially big and the upside is nonexistent.

IMO, the far more importnat question to ask is:

If third parties can generate that level of useful game integration with coding done for fun in their spare time, why can't (or won't) Plarium develop the same level of usefulness for their own game.

Makes ya go "Hmmmmmmmmmmmm"

Back when cursed city first opened, they explicitly said "there are no plans to allow for team skill presets. If your team can't full auto a stage on the default ai, you should pull shards until you get a champ who can." [paraphrasing]

Would absolutely love better integration from Plarium but its also not uncommon for players to build their own tools for many games regardless of the developer.

@ShortOnSkillz @dthorne04 I answered the OP above with what I believe to be Plarium's stance on these programs.

However, I read an interesting post on Reddit today discussing the usage of third party integration software to spam Classic Arena refreshes at Plat Reset with AI support searching for easy wins to manipulate Platinum placement. The author puportedly knows multiple people that successfully engage in this.

The author also claimed to know multiple people using third-party speed-boosters in conjunction with Hydra & Chimera Helpers to execute hundreds of runs seeking best damage and/or Max Trials.

Various commenters on the Post stated that these tactics are widely used by top-end players.

If this is even remotely true, how is that not cheating of the level that warrants account bans?

And, how can Plarium justify letting that level of cheating operate in the gray?
