Did they fix the lag on Khamir? Can I use him again now?

Did they fix the lag on Khamir? Can I use him again now?

For a long time, if I did a dungeon more than 4-5 times in a row with Khamir, the framerate would drop so bad a run could take 40 mins until I restarted the client, but I've not noticed it lately - did they finally fix him? Was there a patch note?
