There seems to be a general consensus that it will take 22 Sacreds (or equivalent) to get a 5* Soul from this Path. That is only true if you are going for both of the 5* Souls.  

I only intend to go for the Tin Man 5*, which can be done for 89,800, and that also includes 120 Titan Points. That is 20 Sacreds, all-in.  The most comparable recent Path was Mavara 5* Path with Embrys Titan Points. That Path required 86,000 to get the Mavara 5* and included 200 Titan Points. 

That is neglible inflation if you are just after the Soul, but a significant change to the Titan Points, which is the real "gotcha" in this Path. In the Mavara Path, doing her 5* and all 400 Titan Poitns required 112,000. In this Path, that takes a whopping 121,300. 8.3% Inflation! 2 More Sacreds!
