So the red scrystals are a higher grade then sacred ones and with the red crystals we can pull 10 at once with those, so why prevent us from pulling 10 sacred ones at once

Primal Shards are not higher than Sacreds. Due to the high chance to pull rares from Primals, Sacreds have substantially higher value, and an accidental 10-pull on Scareds would be a disaster on most accounts.

Sacreds commonly sell for $20 and cannot pull below an epic, while Primals sell for $5 and pull rares 82.5% of the time. You do the math.
If a f2p or low-spender did an accidental 10-pull on Sacreds it would be devastating to their account. This is why Plarium will never put that in the game.

Mythical champs are better than legos yes but Sacreds are more "valuable". Both by cost and amount of points they provide for events.
