What is the point of saving up Mythical/Legendary/Epic relic materials, only to end up crafting a rare relic?  Am I not understanding how to craft relics?  I used all my Mythical and Legendary materials, and still ended up with rares, there shouldn't be a chance for rares with those types of materials. The chance percentages are garbage and need to be reworked.
