I’ve recently started pushing into Hard Dungeons, but I’m a bit confused about farming efficiency.

When should I farm Normal 20, and when is it actually worth farming the highest Hard stage I can clear?

Hard stages obviously give better rewards (mythical or 6stars gear), but they also take much longer and cost more energy. Is the extra loot actually worth it, or is Normal 20 still better for most farming?

Does the answer change for silver farming, gear/accessories, or Dungeon Tournaments/Dungeon Divers?

I’d love to hear how you guys decide which stage to farm. Any advice would be appreciated!
