as someone who manages resources carefully I always have resources for guaranted champions without risking next few fusions and I go for almost all guaranted champions, but this one? hmmm

his kit is too conditional and looks nothing exceptional, he looks like one of those login champions you get for free including 5* soul. how on earth he + soul are priced around 40 sacreds!? please help me understand why are so many people going for him, including people who dont have much resources
