Missions

I have got to 75-75 mission to fuse justifier but it's not available to fuse. How can I get around this?

You need to earn the appropriate rare champions from campaign runs, and then level & ascend them to be able to fuse Justiciar. The Justiciar Fusion is training for how to do fusions in the game as you progress.
