I have never run a traditional Unkillable Team, so I am not the guy to help you with that.  All I would do for that is direct you back to DWJ.  However, the thing to note on a speed tune failing is that the "true speed" of your toons is not necessarily the same as the speed displayed in-game. The interaction of masteries & gear can cause fractional speeds, which will eventually fall out of sync.  The same can happen with any of the masteries that boost Turn Meter.  

If you actually use the DWJ Clan Boss Calculator, it asks you to input gearsets & masteries that affect speed, and the Calculator will show you the true speed of each toon and will actually show you if/when things will fail.

As for a traditional team, you might be able to make something work with Duchess, Brogni, Ninja, Brago, Farakin.

Without all your stats and masteries and etc it's impossible to answer. But, the team does work - I used the non-budget version for a while. One thing that you may need to do is add some lifesteal (the mastery should be enough), since sometimes cb ignores champs if they have 1 life remaining.
