Kassandra Fusion Stuck Because of Grim Forest (upset noobie)

Any one else stuck . 

Started playing about a month ago. I did spend some money on this account to jump start it.  My thought processes was i like this game i will be playing it for years so why not. 

I didn't know any better and i put Galapo in a grim forest deck (hard mode why dose this defualt to hard mode ...) now i cant figure out how to get him out to use him for the Fusion. i have the every thing i need to complete the fusion but i can remove him. 

I did send a support ticket. the stuppor ticket says i can use a redraw tokens to draw your team again for the particular stage. but i cant figure out what stage he is in to complete it. If i can complete it, so i can get him out.... any help would be great thanks inadvance.

i believe you'll need to remove him from your deck completely. to do so, go to the vendor in the lower right corner and use a squad reshuffle to replace him with another champion.

if he is currently a champion available to use on an uncompleted stage, you won't be able to do so until you either beat the stage or use a redraw so he's not one of the options available. i don't know of any easy way to find him if that is the case unfortunately; i think you'll just need to go through all open stages to see where he is.

Carpe is correct.  A fix is coming but for now that's the only thing you can do unfortunately.

it stated me in hard mod i and cant get the points to get it out. i tryed to use the daly two redraw tokens last night so he was not in line to pull him out but he poped up in the rotation each time. i only have 280 grim coins but you need 500 to do the deck thing...

The message i just got back form Plarium support after i was told to wait yesterday while they look into the matter:

In case you canot reshuffle the deck, unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this case.

Once again, i'm sorry to hear you've faced such a situation. I know thats hearing me say i'm sorry doesn't help at all, Hoever, we always do our best to share our player' concerns and dissatisfactions with our developer team...

If Plarium would have just warned people this would be a issue. So now i wasted all this time and some $$$ to get Kassandra now i am unable to complete the Fusion...

thats just horrable Customer service.

Is this thing kind of Normal with Plarium?

I am asking the community, becuase this Fusion was big time and a little cash investment for me to get it done . 

Now i am questiong if Raid is worth the investment.... if when you have a problem and customer service is unable to help might as just went to the casnio had a good meal and free drinks with some entertament.
