It's +2% per shard after 12. So, at 20, you're at +16%. On a normal day you're still only at 22%, and on a 2x day you're only at 28%.

And that's exactly the problem. People like you are okay with this level of bs this stupid dev team thinks your the opinion of the community. Hell I know players that have spent thousands and are no longer because of pull rates. 

Shard rates have been fixed since the game was introduced. The game is over 6 yrs old, so drop rates are not a secret.

21 Sacreds doesnt gurantee a legendary champion.  Its bad luck but not totally outlandish. 

I once went well over 20 into Mercy before pulling a Lego....and even at 20 into Mercy (32 Sacreds), you only have a 46% (52% on 2X) chance to pull a Lego.

Quinn went to 35 once, thats the worst I've heard but Im sure there has been worse. 

And of course, to the OP, remember that even though your probability of not getting a lego after 20 is quite low, your probability of getting one on pull number #21 is still just about a coinflip.

I had more than 30. This is a normal situation. No luck.

always the same excuses that it's bad luck but I don't think it's like that, when I see lvl 80-90 players with 2 armanz, 2 fabian, 6 gnut I've done to a player, and I don't catch anything, for me it's bad luck for them it's good luck, I don't have enough good heroes to go to gold 3vs3 and I've been struggling for a few years, is it still bad luck? The Rng should be on the player not on the server 

Friend, I've seen you commenting on all the posts, don't you think it's time to mind your own business? Maybe you're one of the favored ones, but there are many players like me who are waiting for a hero to complete a certain mission.

Ooooooohh... you guys are talking about Ancient shards. For a moment I thought it was about Primal shards and getting a mythical champ. Because serious man, I can't even describe to you how many I opened for my first Myth. Seriously, 200 mercy? Along with the drop rate, it's painful to see someone get luckier than yourself. I'm not saying there aren't whales in the game but even for people that do spend money in the game, it's pretty painful to open so many of them and getting rare after rare... =P

As for Primals, I have pulled 326 since they were introduced.  From 326, I have gotten one good Mythical (Arbais) and one crap Mythical (Fjorad).  I had a clanmate get 3 Mythicals from 11 Primals this 2X.  

It's no wonder I like to scream into the Void. 

@dany77 Compared to many of my clanmates, I have absolute crap luck on shard pulls, but I grind and do fusions.  Yes, the game is about collecting toons, but learning to use what you have and learning to gear toons well will get you a long way in the game.  

Are you doing fusions?  I do a lot of my work with fusion toons.  If you grind out fusions, grind gear, and just keep pulling your shards at the right times, you will amass a deep roster.

I mean its not a problem until the void starts screaming back.
