Coronet of Gloom Relic

Wondering thoughts on who you would put this relic on? Yukimassa is an obvious choice but I'm building my Yukimassa with lots of HP and minimal CR so the CD on the relic is useless (IMO). This looks like a great reviver relic but the Crit Damage on it goes mostly unused. So I'm asking for some thoughts on who is a good candidate for this relic? Thanks

Yukimassa is an obvious choice but I\u0027m building my Yukimassa with lots of HP and minimal CR so the CD on the relic is useless (IMO).
