Finished both Grim forest modes and would like some advice to improve

During this rotation iI only picked one heal reduction champ so had to re draw alot for mimic.

So from now I will have at least 2 or 3 heal reduction champs always.

I have two question regarding the next rotation:

1-This rotation I always picked atk , crit dmg , ignore def and spd over res ,HP , Acc . would it be better to change that in the next rotation?

2- The deck : is it better to separate my strongest champs and not have him close to each other , when the draw happens?

this rotation i just put the strongest Rank 6 from strongest to weakest . So the first 20 were mostly legendries the other 20 were epics . Should I change that?

But since its actually a good question.

1.  IMO always go for the sustain options.  Very very very rarely have I lost a fight because of lack of damage, you will lose cuz youre too slow and squishy.

2.  Location of champs in the deck is irrelevant.  However im a big fan of one deck all damage champs and the other all support so you get a good mix.

I can agree with your second point. It's didn't matter when it came to normal but hard was where I stumbled. When you get a hard fight, it's really hard to get a healer at times when you only get 10 picks from the 40. I thought that by spreading them all over both teams I would get 50:50 odds but when 3/4 of your team is unavailable, that's where the math statistics came into play. I also had issues with heal reduction for mimics in hard. I plan of putting 6 or 7 on the one team so that I don't have to keep losing my rerolls for them.
