Need to change a broken daily quest (unachievable).
Well, I hope that everyone is having a good New Years.
I guess I have a complaint in what Plarium expects is realistic in what players can do. Namely, the Grim Forest. I don't know about other players and what they have on their roster of champs but not everyone can complete normal. Just as not everyone can complete Curse City either.
Now, I understand that they put up the quests "complete 2 Curse City stages" and now the new one for Grim Forest at the start of the reset to get players to go back to those areas to try again.
However, the Curse City one is fairly easy as even if you go back and complete previous stages to finish the 2 stages to complete the quest. However, as of current, Grim Forest is broken and unable to use any energy to finish the quest. You cannot use energy to replay a previous stage that you have beat and if there is just 1 stage left (bosses) then you can't use any energy.
I am stuck on one of the 1 mini bosses before the main boss because I don't have the right champs to beat it. I can face that boss countless times with different champs but the outcome is the same. However, that's not the part that is broken; it's the energy usage.
As you can clearly see, losing to a boss and then either selecting "Replay" or "Edit Team" is suppose to use an energy up. However, that is not the case. Even if I edit my team or I select replay, it doesn't use a single point of energy up.
When I go to check on my quest advancement, all of my replays don't count to the quest advancement. I am stuck with NO WAY to advance the quest to complete it. At the start of the reset, I can see them putting the quest into the quest pool but now there is less than 2 weeks left before reset and I am still getting the quest in my quest log. Because I can't use up any energy, I am unable to complete the quest and thus unable to finish the "complete all daily quests" quest as well.
I am disappointed that this has not been addressed yet by the community. I would think that before the release of Grim Forest and then making a quest for it, you would have play tested it to make sure that it works. Until it is fixed, the quest should be taken out of the quest pool immediately. Why do you continue to put out a product of poor quality and infuriate your customers?
