Of course you can make broken insane stuff on the Test Server when you have access to just about everything lol. Majority of players won't be able to do some of the test server shenanigans. The better cheeses are the ones that you don't need a lot for. Like for the mimic just ignoring the mini-mimic and just having 100% Heal Reduction up.
